Fractional Digital Marketer – Part Time / Flexible
Location: Northmead, Lusaka

Office-Based Preferred: Northmead Office
We are looking for a sharp, proactive digital marketer to support multiple brands and client campaigns across the UK and Zambia.
This is a hands-on role for somebody who genuinely understands marketing, content, branding, lead generation, and growth — not somebody who just posts graphics occasionally.
You will work across a mix of:
- Social media marketing
- Content creation
- SEO support
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email marketing
- Campaign planning
- Brand positioning
- AI-assisted marketing workflows
This is a fractional role initially, with flexibility depending on skill level and results.

- Is proactive and thinks independently
- Can take ownership without being micromanaged
- Understands modern digital marketing properly
- Has strong written English
- Understands branding and positioning
- Is organised and commercially aware
- Is willing to learn quickly and adapt
- Is a self-starter willing to go the extra mile
- Is willing to learn and practise outside work hours if needed
Responsibilities
- Managing and improving social media pages
- Writing content and marketing copy
- Assisting with SEO and website updates
- Supporting outbound and LinkedIn campaigns
- Creating marketing ideas and growth strategies
- Researching competitors and market trends
- Using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Supporting client campaigns and internal brands
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of social media and online marketing
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, or similar tools is a bonus
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus
- Must be organised, reliable, and responsive
