Foreman

Reports To:

Site Manager / Project Manager

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, project specifications, and deadlines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor attendance and report manpower requirements.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Report accidents, damages, and delays immediately.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and management.
• Ensure quality workmanship at all times.
• Prepare daily site progress reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work site.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Construction or related field is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or related works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
