Evergrow Executive Lodge is inviting suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:
– Lodge Manager (1)
– Chefs (2)
– Waitresses (2)

Position: Lodge Manager (1)
Qualifications and Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lodge, hotel, or hospitality management.
– Strong leadership and customer service skills.
– Knowledge of lodge operations, reservations, housekeeping, and food services.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Computer literacy and report writing skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage staff effectively.
– Must be honest, organized, and self-motivated.

Position: Chef (2)
Qualifications and Requirements
– Certificate or Diploma in Food Production / Culinary Arts or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years’ proven work experience as a chef or cook.
– Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
– Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
– Creative and able to prepare quality meals consistently.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
– Good teamwork and time management skills.

Position: Waitress (2)
Qualifications and Requirements
– Grade 12 Certificate.
– Certificate in Food & Beverage or Hospitality will be an added advantage.
– Previous experience in a lodge, restaurant, or hotel environment preferred.
– Good customer service and communication skills.
– Neat appearance and professional conduct.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Friendly, honest, and reliable personality.
