As a growing construction company committed to delivering innovative building solutions in Zambia, we seek five dedicated Sales Support Executives to join our expanding team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ZMW 6,000 to ZMW 10,000 and is based in Solwezi, Southern Province, and Copperbelt.

This role blends knowledge of transport and logistics with structured sales support processes to promote business growth.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Data Clerk Jobs in Copperbelt
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to focus sales efforts effectively
- Accurately capture and update customer information within the CRM system
- Maintain clean, organized, and validated data to ensure CRM integrity
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and support conversion
- Assist in tracking and managing the sales pipeline to optimize sales flow
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
- Generate basic reports on lead activity and pipeline status to inform decision-making
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
- Confidence in making outbound calls and establishing rapport with potential clients
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and validation tasks
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow up consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
