Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, including all varieties of noodles and rice with precision and consistency.
• Operate and maintain BBQ and other Chinese specialty cooking equipment proficiently.
• Manage multiple kitchen tasks efficiently while assigning responsibilities and maintaining patience under pressure.
• Foster positive and cooperative relationships with team members, kitchen staff, and management.
• Communicate clearly to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold food quality standards.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations, supported by a valid basic food hygiene certificate.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong self-motivation to contribute to the kitchen’s success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in Chinese cuisine, supported by verifiable references.
• Background in General Hospitality or Food Production; certification from a recognized culinary institution is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.
