Location:       Lusaka

Reports to:    Team Leader

Job Purpose

As a Call Centre Agent, your role will be to:

·      Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

·      Resolve issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience

·      Promote products and services that meet customer needs

·      Meet performance goals and support customer retention

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, clarity, and care to every conversation. You should have:

·      A Grade 12 certificate (minimum requirement) and a degree is an added advantage

·      The ability to speak multiple languages.

·      Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written

·      A clear and confident way of explaining product and service benefits

·      A persuasive and engaging approach with customers

·      Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions
