We’re a growing HR consultancy on the hunt for a Business Development gladiator — someone who sees opportunities everywhere, loves connecting with people, and can turn conversations into clients.

The Role: Business Development Officer (Commission‑Based)
This is a performance‑driven role with high earning potential.
You earn a percentage of every client you bring in — simple, transparent, and rewarding.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage potential clients (SMEs, NGOs, corporates)
Reach out via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking events
Set up and attend client meetings
Present our HR services confidently
Follow up and close deals
Build partnerships that bring referrals
What You Bring
Confidence and strong communication skills
A natural ability to connect with people
Self‑motivation and consistency
A results‑driven mindset
Experience in sales or BD (HR experience is a bonus)
Commission Based
