📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY – SAFETY MANAGER & SAFETY OFFICER

BEM Motors is seeking qualified and experienced safety professionals to join its team and ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

🔹 Available Positions
• Safety Manager (1 Position – Kitwe)
• Safety Officer (2 Positions – Lusaka)

🔹 Job Purpose
To enforce health and safety standards, promote workplace safety awareness, and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and meetings
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and company procedures
• Inspect equipment and workplace conditions
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports
• Coordinate emergency response with medical teams
• Develop safety plans and monitor performance

🔹 Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Valid practicing certificate
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
