Barman/ Bar Tender

Job description

The Barman will be responsible for delivering excellent bar service, preparing drinks to standard, and ensuring a clean, well-managed, and welcoming bar environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol
• Handle guest orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Support restaurant service when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a barman (hotel experience preferred)
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Honest, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
