Overseeing daily bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising bartenders, and waitresses
- Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service, handling complaints, and resolving issues
- Financial Management: Tracking sales, managing budgets, and optimizing profits
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to liquor laws, health regulations, and safety standards
- Marketing: Promotions, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
Experience
2-3 years in hospitality management or bartending
Education
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field
Skills
