Armaguard Security Limited, a professional security services provider, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Revenue Accountant to join their finance team.

🔹 Position Details
– Job Title: Assistant Revenue Accountant
– Reports to: Line Manager / Billing Officer

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather CIT input billing data weekly and populate the billing template
✅ CIT receipts analysis for revenue assurance
✅ Ensure all source documents are properly filed and archived
✅ In charge of daily postings of receipts to be checked by the Billing Officer
✅ Check all sale sheets in comparison with billing on a monthly basis
✅ Assist with physical billing to help the Billing Officer
✅ Check all alarm terminations, additions and working alarms
✅ Check movements in ATM additions and terminations, shortages
✅ Revenue reconciliation with debt collection team
✅ Any other duties as assigned by line manager

🔹 Qualifications & Experience
✅ Grade 12 certificate with 5 ‘O’ level credits including Math and English
✅ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Chartered Accounts, ACCA, CIMA or related qualification
✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field

🔹 Skills & Competencies
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Attention to detail
✅ Strong organisational skills
✅ Good time management skills
✅ Keen observation skills
✅ Proficient in advanced MS Excel
