Sieben Construction is hiring an Accounts Assistant

A full-time role based in Lusaka, Zambia. This is a hands-on finance role reporting directly to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will own the company’s day-to-day financial operations including ZRA Smart Invoice management, VAT and statutory returns, project expenditure tracking, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and monthly management accounts preparation.

Experience with Zambian statutory requirements is a strong advantage. What we are looking for: A ZICA DA, ACCA Applied Knowledge, CIMA Certificate, or equivalent accounting qualification. Strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, and a track record of reliability are non-negotiable. 

The finance assistant will be responsible for;

-Books and Daily Transactions

-Project costs

-Tax and Statutory Returns

-Weekly Finance Reporting
