Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Assist during audits and financial reviews
  • Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Must be ZICA accredited
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
