Available Academic Positions in Lusaka

We are recruiting for the following full-time faculty roles based in Lusaka, Zambia:

Biology Faculty

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Allied Life Sciences from a reputable university
• Master’s degree in Biology (mandatory)
• PhD or Doctorate in Biology or a related field is an advantage
• All qualifications must be in the same or closely related specialization

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years lecturing experience at a recognized higher education institution
• Proven skills in laboratory setup, practical facilitation, and managing Biology lab equipment
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment preparation, and examination marking
• Academic research experience with peer-reviewed publications is a plus

Physiology Faculty

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiology or Allied Life/Health Sciences from a reputable university
• Master’s degree in Physiology (mandatory)
• PhD or Doctorate in Physiology or related field is an added advantage
• All qualifications should be in the same or closely related field of specialization

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years lecturing experience in a recognized institution of higher learning
• Experience teaching Physiology or related Health/Life Sciences at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels
• Competence in laboratory-based teaching, practical facilitation, and management of Physiology lab equipment and models
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment preparation, examination marking, and student supervision
• Academic research and peer-reviewed publication experience is advantageous
