An Engineering & Construction Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across active project sites, including occupied facilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Enforce safe work practices and permit-to-work systems
• Inspect PPE, scaffolding, ladders, and work areas
• Maintain HSE records, incident logs, and reports
• Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance across all construction and maintenance activities

🔹 Requirements
• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or engineering environments
• Knowledge of safety inspections, incident reporting, and documentation
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to enforce safety standards on-site

🔹 Added Advantage
• First Aid Certification
• Fire Safety or Incident Investigation training
• Experience in donor-funded or occupied-site projects
