📍 Location: Kafue, Lusaka, Zambia

*Position Type:* Full-time
*Probation:* 3 months, following local Zambian labour standards for working hours and leave policy

*Key Responsibilities (Phased):*

*Phase 1 – Market Research & Client Discovery:*
✅ Conduct field market research to identify potential customers and market trends
✅ Build initial databases of leads and business opportunities

*Phase 2 – Product Sales:*
✅ Promote and sell company products to targeted clients
✅ Develop customer relationships and provide after-sales support
✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

*Note:* Frequent travel within Zambia (including upcountry regions) is required for both phases.

*Candidate Requirements:*
✅ Nationality: Zambian citizen only
✅ Gender: Open to both male and female
✅ Education: University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) from a Zambian university
✅ Major preference: Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Other majors with strong marketing potential also welcome
✅ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Hardworking, resilient, and able to work under pressure
✅ Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
✅ Sharp market insight and creativity/innovation ability
✅ Experience preference: Previous sales or marketing work experience is a plus
✅ Priority given to candidates who can speak and communicate in Chinese
✅ Personal preference: Single candidates are preferred
✅ Willing to travel frequently and adapt to a dynamic work environment
