Job Advertisement: Workshop Supervisor – Mechanic

Titan Gateway is seeking a skilled and proactive Workshop Supervisor – Mechanic to oversee our workshop operations, lead our mechanical team, and ensure the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Safety: Supervise workshop staff, assign daily tasks, and enforce strict health and safety compliance.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Oversee and perform complex mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and precision repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Workflow Management: Schedule maintenance tasks to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize workshop efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets strict company and regulatory standards.
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Manage workshop inventory, ensuring all tools and diagnostic machinery are well-maintained and calibrated.

Job Requirements

• Experience: $5+$ years of hands-on experience working as a qualified Mechanic.
• Qualifications: Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in Automotive Engineering, Heavy Equipment Repair, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting capability combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
