Grizzly Mining Limited invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Workshop Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise workshop and maintenance operations
Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ensure availability and reliability of heavy-duty equipment
Supervise workshop staff and enforce HSE standards
Maintain maintenance records and control workshop costs
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Professional membership is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenance
At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Experience with:
Liebherr R9100, R900, 700 Series
Bell B50 & B40
CAT 300 & 700 Series
Skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of mining safety and maintenance standards
Computer literacy
