Job Summary
As Winco Industry grows, we are looking for a skilled Chinese-English translator and interpreter to strengthen our facility’s global communication and support day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will help bridge language and cultural gaps between our Chinese and English-speaking staff.

Key Responsibilities

Translate written and verbal communication accurately between Chinese and English, maintaining precise context and tone.
Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for professional meetings, site visits, and other business engagements.
Translate key business documents, including emails, reports, contracts, and company materials.
Facilitate seamless communication between management and teams across the organization.

Requirements

High proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail when translating documents and conversations.
Ability to handle confidential business information professionally.
Good interpersonal skills and comfort working closely with both local and Chinese-speaking colleagues.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Masaiti, Zambia.
