Location: Masaiti District (near Kafulafuta Toll Gate), Zambia — with travel to meet clients/distributors as required

About Us
Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company establishing a new factory in Masaiti District, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking experienced, qualified professionals to join our team and support the long-term operations of the company.

We are urgently recruiting for the following positions:

Sales Administrator – 1 Position
Sales & Marketing Agent – 2 Positions
1. Sales Administrator (1 Position)
Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day sales administration, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation
Liaise with customers, distributors, and the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts to support marketing and sales efforts
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks related to sales transactions
Prepare quotations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements:

Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience; experience in alcoholic beverages or animal feedstock industries preferred
Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
Proven experience managing social media accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent customer relations skills; polite and professional manner
Well organized with strong attention to detail
2. Sales & Marketing Agent (2 Positions)
Responsibilities:

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and customers
Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
Meet and exceed set sales targets
Represent the company professionally at client visits, markets, and promotional events
Provide market feedback and report on customer needs and competitor activity
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ sales/marketing experience; experience in alcoholic beverages or animal feedstock industries preferred
Well-spoken with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent customer relations skills
Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
Benefits: Salary + Commission on Sales

General Requirements (All Positions)

Valid NRC/Passport
A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
