Overview: I am seeking a motivated and visionary individual preferably a fresh graduate or someone about to graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field to join me as a co-owner in establishing a dynamic HR Consultancy firm. This partnership will combine entrepreneurial drive with technical expertise to build a consultancy that empowers organizations and individuals through innovative HR solutions and a strong digital presence.
Role of the Partner
Co-Ownership: Equal partner in the HR Consultancy, sharing ownership, responsibilities, and rewards.
Technology Leadership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the firm’s website and digital platforms.
Collaboration: Work with me to align technology solutions with HR consulting goals, ensuring clients can easily access services and resources.
Innovation: Introduce digital tools and solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Holder/ Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven skills in web design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or CMS platforms like WordPress).
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
