• Update and organize client and property databases
• Prepare sales and payment reports
• Handle customer inquiries and office documentation
• Support daily office operations and site visits
• Manage records for other businesses under the company
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic accounting and payment tracking knowledge
