Warehouse Manager

Location: Light Industrial Area, Mwembeshi Road, Lusaka

We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and manage a team of approximately 30–40 employees.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong personality who is not afraid to lead from the front, enforce discipline, and ensure that daily operations run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 30–40 employees.
• Organize daily warehouse operations and allocate work effectively.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, and accountability.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enforce health and safety procedures at all times.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with management to improve warehouse performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with natural authority and confidence.
• Hands-on approach—you must be willing to work alongside your team when required.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing large teams is an advantage.
