About the Role: Warehouse General Worker

The successful candidate will join NTEMBA24’s warehouse team, supporting daily activities to maintain an orderly and productive environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork to help meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and offloading merchandise efficiently and safely
• Packing, sorting, and arranging stock for easy access and dispatch
• Assisting with stock counting and facilitating stock movement within the warehouse
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization to uphold warehouse standards
• Supporting supervisors with daily warehouse tasks and operational needs
• Ensuring proper handling and care of company goods and materials

Candidate Requirements for Warehouse General Worker Jobs in Lusaka

• Possession of a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
• Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not mandatory
