? Who We’re Looking For
Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and financial empowerment? Spectrum Credit Zambia is hiring Sales Agents to drive loan uptake among GRZ personnel. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love helping clients access life-changing credit solutions, we want to meet you in person!
? Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell loan products to government employees

Educate clients on buy-off options, instant approvals, and repayment plans

Meet sales targets and build client relationships

Report daily activities and client feedback to supervisors
☑️ Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales experience or financial services background is a plus

Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
