Makai Bar and Restaurant is located in side Mulungushi Village Complex, in Kalundu, off great East and off Lufubu Road, along Lusemfwa Road, opposite UNZA Lusaka, Zambia.

(Between UNZA Fly-over feet bridge and Kalundu Market)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Waitress based in Lusaka. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring high standards of food service, and maintaining a clean and orderly dining area. Communication with customers to meet their needs and handle any requests or complaints is essential. The role involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Very flaunt in English
Must be in good physical condition
Customer Service and Communication skills
Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
Basic Cooking skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management

Able to Make suggestions based on their preferences.
