Volunteer Position with Stipend

Applicants must be residents of Eastern Province, specifically from Chipata, Nyimba, Katete, or Petauke Districts.

KENMA SYNERGIES LIMITED is inviting applications from energetic, motivated, and career-driven individuals for a volunteer position with a stipend on behalf of a client in the Medical Aid Scheme sector.

This opportunity is ideal for young professionals who are eager to grow, contribute, and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

1. University students, recent graduates, and holders of certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
2. Candidates with qualifications in business, communications, public relations, marketing, fundraising, development studies, or related fields.
3. Individuals with relevant practical experience, even if they do not yet have formal qualifications.

The ideal candidate should also have:

1. Experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or donor relations.
2. A proven record of partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
3. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant management tools.
