Job description
Marvelous University of Technology and Applied Sciences (MUTAS) invites applications from highly qualified, visionary, and results-oriented Zambians for the position of Vice Principal. This senior executive role supports the principal in providing strategic leadership, academic excellence, and administrative oversight across the institution.
Minimum Requirements
· A Doctoral Degree (PhD/DBA/EdD or equivalent) with 5 years of higher education teaching experience, including 2 years in higher education administration;
OR
· A Master’s Degree with 6 years of higher education teaching experience, including 3 years in higher education administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic leadership and support to the principal in managing academic and administrative affairs.
· Strengthen institutional governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
· Oversee academic programmes, staff performance, and student support systems.
· Promote innovation, excellence, and operational efficiency in all university functions.
