ATLAS WORKFORCE – LUSAKA/MINE OPERATIONS

 Carpenters

We are seeking skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Carpenters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong craft skills, experience with both hand and power tools, and a commitment to quality workmanship and site safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in construction, furniture making, or site carpentry.
• Grade 9 Certificate
• Trade Test Certificate in Carpentry is a strong advantage.

Bricklayers

The Bricklayer will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining walls, foundations, partitions, and other brick or block structures according to project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements

·       Grade 9 Certificate

·       Craft Certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering or related field.

·       Proven 2 -3 years’ work experience in bricklaying or masonry work.

Structural Steel Worker

Structural Steel Workers will be responsible for erecting, aligning, and securing structural steelwork for process plants, heavy machinery, and support structures, strictly adhering to high-level mine safety standards.

Requirements

·       Grade 9 Certificate (or equivalent).

·       Minimum 3 years of structural steel erection experience in mining, process plants, or heavy industry.

·       Trade Test Certificate in Metal Fabrication, Welding, or Steel Fixing is highly advantageous.
