VACANCY: TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR

Automotive Performance Centre Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Transport Supervisor.

The successful candidate will assist in coordinating transport operations, supervising drivers, monitoring fleet movements, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transport activities and driver assignments.

• Monitor vehicle movements and operational schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

• Maintain operational records and prepare reports.

• Address operational challenges and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Transport and Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in transport, fleet management, logistics, or a similar supervisory role.

• Good planning and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
