? We’re Hiring: Transmission Controller with Editing & Videography Skills!
Join Trinity Broadcasting Network Zambia (TBN Zambia) — a dynamic Christian television network dedicated to sharing the Gospel through excellence in media production.
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Transmission Controller with strong Editing and Videography abilities to be part of our growing production team.
Position: Transmission Controller
Skills Required: Video Editing & Videography
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, control, and maintain smooth and accurate TV transmissions.
Operate switching systems, signal routers, and live broadcast setups.
Record and edit video content for on-air and digital use (using DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Capture high-quality footage for studio and field productions.
Ensure all video and audio content meets TBN Zambia’s technical and spiritual standards.
Work closely with producers, directors, and editors to ensure timely and professional delivery.
Requirements:
✅ Experience in live transmission or broadcast operations.
✅ Solid video editing skills.
✅ Skilled in camera operation and lighting setup.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
✅ A passion for Christian media and storytelling.
