Rephidim Institute has existed for the past 34 years offering high quality Education for both primary and secondary Education. Its operations have diversified in various fields covering Real Estate and Agriculture. In our quest to maintain Christian Values and provide high quality products to our clients in diversity, we wish to recruit high profile staff of dynamic characters and backgrounds.
1. JOB TITLE – Recruitment & Training officer – Security
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruiting and training of security Guards.
· Conducting periodical evaluations and assessments for confirmations, promotions / awarding of deserving guards.
· Coordinating security services provided to clients within the catchment area of the Rephidim community.
· Preparing and Submitting Reports to the supervising officer.
· Carry out any other duties as shall be assigned by the supervisor Management.
3. REQUIREMENTS
1. Full grade 12 certificate with five credits or better, including English.
2. Zambian with National Registration card.
3. Trained in any Security Field and should be physically fit.
4. Strong Christian values.
5. Minimum of 5 years work experience with traceable references.
6. Clearance with Zambia police is a must.
7. Must be ready to start work immediately.
