About the Role

We are looking for a Traffic Manager to be the driving force behind project execution, ensuring that tasks move seamlessly from ideation to delivery. If you thrive on organization, efficiency, and keeping creative and strategy teams aligned, this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in our agency’s success.

As Traffic Manager, you will oversee workflow, manage deadlines, and ensure all departments are synchronized to deliver high-quality work on time. You will be the go-to person for project scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Workflow Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that deliverables move smoothly across teams from briefing to execution.
Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to the right team members based on workload, skill set, and deadlines.
Deadline Management: Monitor all ongoing projects, proactively addressing bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery.
Internal Communication: Act as the liaison between creative, strategy, account management, and production teams to ensure alignment.
Process Optimization: Implement and refine workflow processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
Meeting Action & Follow-ups: Ensure post-meeting action items are assigned, tracked, and completed.
Project Tracking & Reporting: Maintain status updates, ensuring leadership and teams have clear visibility on project progress.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in project management, traffic management, or operations within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to keep teams aligned and on track.
Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
