Job Title: Trade Development Representative (TDR)

Role Summary
The TDR drives growth of agent banking and Indo Wallet adoption while ensuring compliance and consistent performance. You’ll support financial inclusion and strengthen our partnership with Indo Zambia Bank through disciplined field execution.
Key Duties
– Agent Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard quality agents in high-traffic areas; handle KYC submission to IZB branches.
– Training & Branding: Train new agents promptly, add them to official communication channels, and ensure proper branding with standard materials. Visit existing agents regularly to maintain activity.
– Agent Management: Reactivate dormant agents, resolve issues, coordinate agents for programs and activations, and maintain baseline agent numbers.
– Indo Wallet Acquisition: Implement customer acquisition plans for Indo Wallet, ensure accounts are opened per IZB standards and are funded/used for transactions.
– Reporting & Compliance: Submit daily and monthly performance reports that are timely, accurate, and audit-ready. Uphold strict compliance standards — no account manipulation.
Requirements
– Strong field discipline and integrity
– Ability to meet performance standards for agent activity and wallet growth
– Available for marketing events, roadshows, and market activations
– Good reporting and communication with supervisors/bank team.
