The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA)

The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) is a body corporate established under the National Road Fund Act No. 13 of 2002 of the Laws of Zambia. The core function of NRFA is to manage and administer the Road Fund in Zambia and serve as the lead Tolls Agent for the implementation of the National Road Tolling Program (NRTP).

The Agency is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and experienced Zambians to fill vacant positions under the Road Tolling Department as follows:

1. Job Objective

Position Title: Toll Collector

Reporting to the Senior Toll Collector, the Toll Collector will be responsible for collecting and receipting toll fees from road users in an efficient, accurate, and customer-friendly manner.Job fair tickets

2. Required Qualifications

i. Full Grade Twelve (12) General Certificate of Education.
ii. Tertiary Diploma qualification.
iii. 1–2 years’ work experience.
iv. Pleasant interpersonal skills.
v. Good communication skills.
vi. Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) verified Academic and Professional qualifications.
