TIED AGENT RECRUITMENT

Madison General Insurance Company Zambia Limited (MGen) invites applications from qualified individuals and registered entities to join its expanding network of Tied Agents across Zambia.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Tied Agent, you will market and sell Madison General Insurance products to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout Zambia. This engagement offers an excellent opportunity to generate income through commissions with performance-based incentives while representing one of Zambia’s trusted insurance providers.

Please note that this is an independent contractor engagement and does not constitute a contract of employment. Successful applicants will represent Madison General Insurance Company Zambia Limited exclusively.

CONTRACT DURATION

• Successful applicants will be engaged on an initial 12-month renewable contract, subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with company requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, QUALITIES & COMPETENCIES

• A minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate (General Certificate of Education)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed sales targets

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties

• Marketing and selling Madison General Insurance products and services
• Generating new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships
• Collecting and remitting premiums accurately and promptly
• Maintaining proper customer records and documentation
• Achieving agreed sales targets and performance standards
• Providing professional customer service and support

1. Company Registration Documents
2. Tax Registration Documents (TPIN)
3. Company Profile
4. Intermediary Licensing Requirements as stipulated in the Intermediary Licensing Guide
5. Any additional supporting documents required by the regulator and the company
