Job description
The Youth Platform (TYP) — We Are Hiring!
Position: Finance Officer (1 Position)
Location: TYP HQ, Choma, Zambia
Deadline: 2nd October 2026
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or
- ACCA Part 2, or
- CIMA Part 2, or
- ZICA, or CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update financial records — Payment Vouchers and Filing.
- Conduct monthly Bank reconciliation.
- Assist in procurement of office items.
- Assist in the production of detailed monthly financial reports, specifically Cashbooks and Variance reports.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned.
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of any accounting software package and its usage.
- Experience in NGO work will be an added advantage.
