Temporary Communications & Design Assistant

About the Role:
KoBold Metals is seeking a dynamic Communications & Design Assistant to support the Corporate Communications department. This is a temporary, year-long role ideal for someone with strong design instincts and a passion for storytelling, eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of Corporate Communications with day-to-day activities and content planning
Design compelling internal and external materials, including newsletters, social posts, flyers, and presentations
Support the development and rollout of KoBold’s internal newsletter and digital communications
Create quick-turnaround graphics, infographics, and visuals in line with KoBold’s brand identity
Help manage and schedule content across KoBold’s social media platforms
Coordinate basic documentation for events and CSR activities (e.g., photo selection, captions, archiving)
Core Attributes

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Adept at designing newsletters, digital/social content, corporate templates
Skilled in storytelling, internal engagement, and content planning
Fast turnaround, and highly organized

Preferred Background:

Recent graduate or early-career creative professional with a background in communications, graphic design, media, or related fields.
