Job description
Job Summary:
UNO Energies Zambia Limited is seeking a Technician to be based at our head office in Lusaka.
The successful candidate will perform the duties below
Duties/Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding to client IT support requests.
Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, and technical issues.
Provide remote or onsite technical support for clients experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Independently diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good communication skills
Ability to understand processes and ensure compliance
Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Ability to be both creative and analytical.
Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
Education and Experience:
Diploma in Electronics
2-3 years of experience preferably working for an oil marketing company.
