TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER – ICT DIVISION
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in ICT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) are a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT technical service delivery, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong understanding of pre-sales solution design, service delivery frameworks, and post-sales technical support.
Experience interfacing with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners.
Familiarity with ISO standards and service management best practices.
Proficient in CRM and ticketing systems, with strong reporting and documentation skills
Effective leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage pre-sales engineers, solution architects, implementation specialists, and support personnel.
Provide expert guidance in solution design, proposal development, and client- facing technical presentations.
Oversee technical delivery and post-sales support to ensure timely and high- quality service.
Align technical operations with ISO quality management systems and SOPs
Collaborate with Head Office and regional offices to maintain delivery consistency and share best practices.
Serve as the primary technical interface with OEMs, technology vendors, and strategic partners.
Participate in vendor technical training and certification initiatives.
Support tender responses and government procurement processes
Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, resource utilization, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
