The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales skills to promote their products and solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the designated region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to onboard and support existing and newly acquired customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the food processing and hospitality sectors in the assigned region.
Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies for market penetration.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical consultations.
Provide training and support to newly acquired customers in the region, ensuring they understand product features.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates regularly.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and expand network.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Chemical Engineering, or any Science related field.
A minimum of 2 – 3 years of proven experience in technical sales within the food processing or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical understanding of food processing equipment, ingredients, or related solutions.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor customers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently within the region.
Willingness to be based in the specified region and travel extensively within the area.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
