As a Team Lead for Zatham Wealth Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our financial products and services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of microfinance principles, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of microfinance officers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our microfinance portfolio and reach new markets.
Oversee loan origination, disbursement, and repayment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor loan portfolio performance, analyze trends, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate credit and operational risks.
Foster strong relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to promote financial literacy and community development initiatives.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in microfinance operations through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance , or related field.
Bachelors degree is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and a microfinance or related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving performance targets.
Strong understanding of microfinance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with microfinance software systems.
Commitment to our mission of financial inclusion and social impact.
