Overall Purpose

To provide operational and technical ICT support to Zamtel staff in order to achieve effective and efficient business operations. Responsibility also includes overseeing a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of high quality services to the end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
