As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zimworx, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. Your core duties will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong talent pipelines to fulfill forecasted hiring and seat demands effectively.
• Sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and hiring schedules.
• Managing candidate communications and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance the candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and updating ATS/CRM systems to support data-driven decisions.
• Tracking and reporting on essential recruitment metrics such as pipeline coverage, time-to-fill, interview-to-hire conversion rates, candidate quality, and new hire retention within 90 days.
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to support effective workforce planning.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing high-volume hiring processes.
• Strong capabilities in sourcing and engaging candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or other recruitment management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
