Job description
Are you passionate about garment design and tailoring? Do you have an eye for precision and quality? Join Kashag Industries Limited, a leading manufacturer of professional workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Key Responsibilities:
a) Design, cut, and sew various types of workwear based on client specifications
b) Develop patterns and prototypes for uniforms and industrial garments
c) Ensure high standards of quality, durability, and finishing
d) Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and order quantities
e) Modify garments for improved fit or functionality where needed
Requirements:
1. Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 12 School Certificate
2. Trade Test Level I or II Craft Certificate will be added Advantage
3. Proven experience in tailoring and fashion design, preferably in industrial/workwear garments
4. Ability to interpret and implement garment specifications and patterns
Strong attention to detail and finishing
5. Creative and practical design skills
6. Team player with good time management
