📢 INVITATION FOR SUPPLIERS
Shirts & T-Shirts Branding and Supply (2026–2027)
The Healing Balm Foundation is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers to brand and supply Shirts and T-Shirts for the period 2026 to 2027.
This opportunity is open to suppliers who can deliver quality products and professional branding services that align with our organizational standards.
Application Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit:
Company profile (including physical address, contact persons, phone numbers, and official email)
Valid certificates of registration and incorporation
Valid ZRA clearance certificate
Proof of at least two (2) recent trade references
Separate quotations for Shirts and T-Shirts
(Note: All items will include four (4) logos)
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on:
Supplier experience
Competitive pricing
Compliance with submission requirements
