China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is seeking a skilled Surface Treatment Foreman to lead and manage road surface treatment and chip seal construction projects in Shibuyunji, Central, Zambia. This contract position requires a hands-on professional who can organize on-site operations, coordinate equipment and personnel, and ensure quality, safety, and timely progress throughout the construction process.

Role and Responsibilities for Surface Treatment Foreman Jobs in Shibuyunji

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Organize and supervise on-site activities related to road surface treatment and chip seal construction.
• Coordinate the deployment of machine operators and construction staff, including managing equipment such as asphalt distributors and chip spreaders.
• Maintain strict control over construction technology standards, quality assurance, project progress, and site safety protocols.
• Inspect ongoing construction work, promptly resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage daily work schedules and oversee personnel to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of hands-on construction experience, preferably in surface treatment or related road construction activities.
