Sun Share is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Digital Marketing Officer based at our offices along Mungwi Road, Lusaka.

Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage company social media platforms and online presence.
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
– Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
– Run and monitor online advertising campaigns.
– Manage website updates and online promotions.
– Conduct market research and analyze digital campaign performance.
– Prepare monthly marketing reports.
– Support customer engagement and brand visibility initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
– Grade 12 School Certificate.
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or related field.
– Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or related role.
– Good knowledge of social media management and online advertising.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
– Strong communication and creative skills.
– Knowledge of graphic design tools will be an added advantage.
– Must be self-motivated, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
