Job description
Do you love fashion and enjoy helping customers find the perfect outfit? Style Metrics is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.
Location: Lusaka
Position: Sales Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements
– Female, aged 18-30 years.
– Grade 12 Certificate (minimum qualification).
– Retail sales experience is an added advantage.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Friendly, confident, and well-groomed.
– Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
– Able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers professionally.
– Recommend products based on customers’ needs.
– Meet individual and store sales targets.
– Process sales and payments accurately.
– Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
– Receive, arrange, replenish, and count stock.
– Report stock shortages or damaged items.
– Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
