Job description

Overview:
Supershine University is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Officer to join our Admissions team. The role is responsible for engaging prospective students, building relationships with schools and colleges, and supporting recruitment activities that drive applications and enrollment. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, this role is central to expanding the university’s visibility and attracting a diverse and talented student body.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, guidance counselors, and other recruitment partners.
Represent Supershine University at education fairs, school visits, open days, and other outreach events, both on- and off-campus.
Deliver presentations and workshops to promote academic programs and student life at the university.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and digital campaigns.
Maintain a database of prospective students and monitor outreach effectiveness.
Assist in organizing campus tours, webinars, and recruitment campaigns.
Track recruitment data and provide regular reports and insights to the Admissions Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, marketing, or outreach (preferably in higher education).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to travel and manage multiple events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with digital outreach tools is a plus.
Passion for education, diversity, and helping students succeed.
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak recruitment periods.
